Jillian Aylward has twenty-two (22) years experience as an attorney. She concentrates her practice in Bankruptcy law, creditors' rights and insolvency. Ms. Aylward has represented both creditors and debtors in Bankruptcy court. She served as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in the District of Massachusetts for eight (8) years. During that time, she has presided over hundreds (100's) of chapter 7 proceedings. She is an attorney dedicated to the bankruptcy field, regularly attending ABI (American Bankruptcy Institute) and other Continuing Legal Education seminars for advanced study of current developments in the Bankruptcy field. Ms. Aylward has chaired Bankruptcy Bar committees (Consumer Committee, Bankruptcy Bar, Boston Bar Association), served as speaker for Continuing Legal Education programs on Consumer Bankruptcy issues and chaired steering committees for Debtor Education (1992).
